My Rebounder Story, By DR.

I have been using a rebounder for over 40 years. I have owned several and have 2 Needak’s now. Why two? I needed the hard bounce for when I was over 300 pounds, but now I use the soft bounce as my weight is around 190 pounds. I still use both and rebound several times a day. I can be talking on the phone and gently bouncing up and down on a rebounder. I may only do it for a minute or two. However, it is very relaxing and therapeutic and gently exercises all parts of your body. Studies have shown the disciplined use of rebounders is very beneficial.
